Enable submission port 587 in Sendmail
To enable submission access on port 587 in sendmail, add the following to the sendmail.mc:
DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=submission, Name=MSA, M=Ea')dnl
Rebuild the sendmail.cf file and restart sendmail.
